I am the owner and founder of The Virtual Assistant Business Club.

Before becoming a freelance virtual assistant, my corporate career began at a world renowned car-hire company at an international airport in the late 1980s.  Following this, I took on a role as a legal secretary and in less than eighteen months, I was promoted, becoming an executive personal assistant for a director of one of the largest telecommunications companies in Africa. I was then head-hunted as a personal assistant and office manager for an entrepreneur who owned a private airline company in Zambia as well as various other companies across the globe in the agricultural industry.

I have over three decades’ corporate experience in a variety of executive support, office management, marketing and sales roles. I have worked across a rage variety of sectors, including business-to-business and retail.  The majority of my professional work experience has been in South Africa and most recently, Zambia.

I have a full home office setup complete with 5G fiber, printer, scanner, unlimited long-distance data calls. All my installed software is fully licensed.

My attributes include a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and solution-finding. I have exceptional organisational skills and familiarity with a wide range of business tools and software packages, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and others.

To ensure that my office operates at maximum efficiency, I also utilise industry-leading apps, meaning your office will follows suit. I hold various diplomas and certifications to support my career.
